John J. Cunningham IV

John is a partner in the Litigation Department, a member of the Post-Trial and Appellate Advocacy Group and the firm’s Executive Committee.  He handles a wide variety of civil cases, with a concentration in commercial and municipal litigation and appellate matters.

John represents individuals, Fortune 500 corporations, regional and local businesses, non-profits and charter schools. He also provides counsel to local school districts and municipalities in litigation matters and condemnation cases, and represents clients in orphans’ court and estate litigation.

Named a Pennsylvania Super Lawyer every year since 2005 for general litigation, John handles all trial and appellate phases of a case.
