Lamb McErlane announces partner John J. Cunningham IV has been elected to the Firm’s Executive Committee.

John is a partner in the firm’s Litigation Department and is also a member of the firm’s Post-Trial and Appellate Advocacy Group. John handles a wide variety of civil litigation matters, including business, municipal, estate, employment and construction litigation, as well as appellate matters.

In addition, the firm’s shareholders have re-elected Joel L. Frank, Vincent T. Donohue and Maureen M. McBride to the Executive Committee.
