West Chester, PA – Mark P. Thompson, a partner in Lamb McErlane’s municipal law department, has been appointed the solicitor for the Borough of Downingtown, PA. Mark, along with the other members of the firm will provide legal services and guidance to the Borough.

Borough Council unanimously elected Mark Thompson and Lamb McErlane PC in October 2014 to fill a vacancy on an interim basis and have now made the appointment permanent. The Borough of Downingtown, located in Chester County, PA, has had a council-manager form of government since 1953.
