Lamb McErlane PC assists in obtaining approval for Bishop Shanahan High School’s turf field and stadium upgrades
Bishop Shanahan High School received approval for a turf field and stadium upgrades due in part to the efforts of a team led by Mark P. Thompson and Daniel Bush, partners at Lamb McErlane PC.
Mr. Thompson and Mr. Bush led a team in front of the Downingtown Zoning Hearing Board that was able to secure a special exception for the construction of a stadium, walkways, tennis courts and a sound system at Bishop Shanahan High School in Downingtown, PA.
The zoning members unanimously approved of the proposals, subject to the school providing a maintenance agreement for the proposed landscaping, and on the condition that if there are any future night events, traffic will be routed out to Lancaster Avenue and not through residential neighborhoods.
