West Chester, PA – Joel Frank and David MacMain, Partners at Lamb McErlane PC, recently conducted a seminar entitled “Civil Rights Litigation” before more than fifty law enforcement officials at the Borough of Downingtown Police Department in Chester County, PA.  Sponsored by the Chester County Chiefs of Police Association, the seminar provided police administrators and officers with the best practices to enable police departments to avoid lawsuits and civil liability.

Joel Frank is the Solicitor of the Chester County Chiefs of Police Association and the Managing Partner and Executive Committee Chairman at Lamb McErlane. He concentrates his practice in commercial and civil litigation in state and federal courts.
