A Pennsylvania appellate court has temporarily halted nearly $1 million in penalties against defense lawyer Nancy Raynor. Lamb McErlane partners Maureen McBride and Jim Sargent pushed to file a motion in PA Superior Court to give Nancy Raynor access to her business accounts that had been frozen. She was sanctioned last year for breaching a court order barring her witnesses from testifying that a woman suing for medical malpractice had been a longtime smoker.
