Lamb McErlane PC Participates in 3rd Annual Legal Lemonade Day
West Chester, PA – On Friday, June 7, 2013 Lamb McErlane PC joined The Chester County Bar Association for the 3rd Annual Legal Lemonade Day to raise funds for Alex’s Lemonade Stand Foundation (ALSF). Because of the generosity of the community and their employees, Lamb McErlane raised nearly $2,000 for ALSF. All of the donations go directly to ALSF and will make a meaningful difference in the battle against childhood cancer.
Liz Scott, Alex’s mother, stopped by the Lamb McErlane stand. “We were delighted to have Liz Scott come by and see our stand. We are proud supporters of the ALSF,” says Lamb McErlane Managing Partner and ALSF Board Member Joel L. Frank.
Alex’s Lemonade Stand Foundation emerged from the front yard lemonade stand of cancer patient Alexandra “Alex” Scott (1996-2004). In 2000, 4-year-old Alex announced that she wanted to hold a lemonade stand to raise money to help find a cure for all children with cancer. Since Alex held that first stand, the Foundation bearing her name has evolved into a national fundraising movement, complete with thousands of supporters across the country carrying on her legacy of hope.
