West Chester, PA – Lamb McErlane PC is pleased to announce that Carla Marino has been named partner. Carla concentrates her practice in Family Law focusing on pre/post nuptial planning and agreements, divorce, equitable distribution, custody, support for a spouse, property settlement and the financial and tax aspects related to domestic issues.

Prior to joining Lamb McErlane in 2009 Ms. Marino worked at a Big Five accounting firm in the State and Local Tax Group advising clients on tax planning issues related to company reorganizations and restructurings. This was followed by her work at a Philadelphia law firm where she further refined her skills in the Tax Group.

Carla also provides attorney services for the Women’s Resource Center in Wayne and West Chester, PA, is a member of the Collaborative Divorce Group and is an adjunct professor at Rosemont College. She received her law degree from Thomas M. Cooley Law School and her LL.M in Taxation from Georgetown University Law Center.
