Lamb McErlane Appointed New Garden Township Solicitor
West Chester, PA – The Board of Supervisors of New Garden Township, Chester County, has appointed Lamb McErlane Partner Vince Pompo as its new township solicitor. New Garden, a township of the second class with over 10,000 residents is located along Routes 1 and 41, just west of Kennett Square. In addition to roads, parks and sewers, New Garden owns and operates the New Garden Airport. “We are very grateful in the confidence shown in the firm by the Supervisors in this appointment”, Pompo said. “We look forward to serving the public interests of New Garden for many years”. With the addition to New Garden, Lamb McErlane presently represents ten municipalities. Lamb McErlane also represents a number of municipal authorities, school districts and zoning hearing boards.
