Lamb McErlane Partner Vince Pompo Joins Lundale Farm Board
West Chester, PA – Lamb McErlane PC is proud to announce that Vince Pompo, partner and chairman of Lamb McErlane PC’s municipal and environmental law department, has joined the Board of Directors of Lundale Farm, Inc.
Lundale Farm, Inc. located in Northern Chester County, PA, is a non-profit 420 acre sustainable farming community that is a place of inspiration, innovation and opportunity for new farmers, landowners, and others committed to locally grown food. The farm offers long-term land leases and also has a number of farm houses available for experienced organic vegetable, livestock, or crop farmers ready to grow or start their own businesses.
“Vince has been on the forefront of land conservation and environmental matters” remarked Lamb McErlane PC managing partner Joel L. Frank. “His extensive environmental experience and background will be of great value to the Lundale Farm board.”
Vince is chairman of Lamb McErlane’s municipal law department and the environmental law practice group and is a member of the firm’s Executive Committee. His practice areas include municipal, land use and environmental law. He is the Township Solicitor for numerous Pennsylvania townships and acts as Solicitor for multiple municipal authorities. Vince spearheaded the acclaimed open space program in East Bradford Township, PA, serving as the first chairman of the Open Space Review Board, and continues to counsel municipalities and conservation organizations on open space acquisitions.

Vince is a frequent presenter on open space, conservation easements, land use and environmental matters for organizations including the Pennsylvania Association of Township Supervisors, the Pennsylvania Land Trust Association and the Pennsylvania Bar Association. Most recently, he presented “Pipelines, Community and Safety: Land Use Issues and Act 13” on March 20, 2014 at a community pipeline forum at West Pikeland Township.
