Lamb McErlane PC partner Lawrence “Skip” Persick presented the Legislative Update at the Pennsylvania Bar Association (PBA) Family Law Section’s Winter Meeting in New Orleans.  Skip serves as co-chair of the Section’s Legislative Committee and a member of Council.

Skip also presented, “Shhhh.  It’s Confidential” with Deni Morton at the Chester County Bar Association’s (CCBA) Family Law Section on the Administrative Office of Pennsylvania Court’s (AOPC) new policy on public access to court records.
