Lamb McErlane partner Jake D. Becker has been appointed to the Board of Directors of Youth Mentor Partnership (YMP).  YMP is a sports-based youth development organization whose mission is to help kids succeed in life through mentoring & intense fitness in the Philadelphia region. By collaborating with schools and after-school sports programs, the program has mentored over 3,200 kids.

This appointment reflects Jake’s commitment to supporting programs that help young people build confidence, develop valuable life skills, and reach their full potential.

At Lamb McErlane, Jake is a partner and Co-Chair of the Firm’s Employment Law Group and  Sports, Entertainment & Hospitality Department. Jake’s broad range of experience—including contract, entertainment, general business, employment, and personal injury litigation–provides a multidisciplinary wealth of knowledge from which to creatively approach any complex dispute.
