WEST CHESTER, PA — Lamb McErlane welcomes attorney James C. Lindeman to the firm. James concentrates his practice in municipal law and litigation. He will assist clients with a range of legal matters, serving individuals, businesses, and municipalities throughout the region.

Prior to joining Lamb McErlane, James was with a well-respected law firm in Orange County, NY, where he gained experience representing municipalities in planning and zoning matters, property tax appeals, and general litigation.

James earned his law degree cum laude from the University of Baltimore School of Law and his bachelor’s degree in economics from the University of Delaware.  During law school, James was a student-attorney with the school’s Low-Income Taxpayer Clinic – recently ranked 4^th in the nation by U.S. News &World Report – representing indigent taxpayers in their disputes against the IRS and Maryland Comptroller.

He is admitted to practice in Pennsylvania and New York. He will be based at the Firm’s West Chester, PA location.
