Curtis ‘Curt’ is an associate attorney at Lamb McErlane. He concentrates his practice in Municipal and Zoning and Environmental law.
Prior to joining Lamb McErlane Curt was Assistant General Counsel for the Susquehanna River Basin Commission. He was in an environmental regulatory role at the Commission, which has a unique administrative status as a federal interstate compact agency. Curt’s background includes a diverse array of practice areas, including water law, environmental regulation, administrative law, bankruptcy, property law, and litigation preparation, among others. His experience allowed him to interface with multiple government agencies, both state and federal, in addition to private organizations and members of the public. His time at the Commission prepared him for the transition to the practice of municipal law.
Curt is a member of the Chester County Bar Association. He earned his undergraduate degree from William and Mary, MA from the University of Delaware and a JD from West Virginia University College of Law.
Curt is admitted to practice law in Pennsylvania and will be at the firm’s Oxford and West Chester, PA locations.

- Curtis was a panelist at the Western Chester County Chamber of Commerce’s Workshop on Local Government 201. Curt discussed the Pennsylvania Right to Know Law and implications for municipal officials.
