Winifred Moran Sebastian

Winifred ‘Winnie’ Moran Sebastian, Esq. is a partner at Lamb McErlane PC in Oxford, PA where she practices Business, Municipal and Zoning, Estate Planning, Real Estate, Trusts and Estates, Wills and Probate.

Winnie serves as solicitor for the Boards of Supervisors of Lower Oxford Township, East Nottingham Township, Highland Township Zoning Hearing Board, and the Upper Oxford Zoning Hearing Board.

Winnie is active in the community, she is Chair of the Chester County Community Foundation. She supports and assists Oxford-area and Delaware charities, including Lighthouse Youth Ministries Oxford Area Neighborhood Services Center and SILO (Serve, Inspire, and Love Others). In addition, Winnie is a member and Vice Chair of the Chester County 250 Commission, celebrating the 250th anniversary of the Declaration of Independence.

She has also served as a Board member of the Chester County Red Cross and the YMCA of Southern Chester County. Winnie is active in Delaware as a Founder of the Fund for Women at the Delaware Community Foundation, SOAR, and the YWCA Delaware. Winnie was also a past president of the Chester County Bar Foundation.

Winnie earned her A.B. from Bryn Mawr College and J.D. from Villanova University and is a Chester County Bar Foundation Fellow.

Prior to joining Lamb McErlane Winnie was a partner with McMichael, Heiney & Sebastian LLC.
