Curtis L. Sebastian Joins Lamb McErlane’s Municipal Law Department

Lamb McErlane PC announces Curtis L. ‘Curt’ Sebastian has joined its Municipal Law department. Curt’s practice includes a wide variety of municipal, regulatory, land use, and environmental matters. He will assist in advising townships, boroughs, school districts, and municipal authorities.
Prior to joining Lamb McErlane, Curt was the Assistant General Counsel for the Susquehanna River Basin Commission. Over the course of his legal career, Curt was in an environmental regulatory role, with a diverse array of practice areas in water law, environmental regulation, administrative law, bankruptcy, property law and litigation preparation.

Curt earned his undergraduate degree from William and Mary, MA from the University of Delaware, and JD from West Virginia University College of Law. Curt is admitted to practice law in Pennsylvania and is a member of the Chester County
