West Chester, PA – Lamb McErlane PC attorneys Mark P. Thompson and J.P Sanchez were on a panel discussing ‘Doing Zoning Violations Right’, at the Chester County Association of Township Officials (CCATO) Spring Conference on Thursday, March 12th, 2015.  They will be presenting proven ways to prepare an enforcement notice, defend it and guidance on collecting attorney fees and costs. Mark Moses, Assistant Zoning Officer/Director of Codes of West Whiteland Township and the Honorable John R. Bailey, Magisterial District 15-4-03 will also be on the panel.

Mark is a partner in Lamb McErlane’s municipal law department. He concentrates his practice on municipal, land use, environmental law, and property tax assessment matters. He serves as the solicitor of the Borough of Downingtown, PA, is on the Board of Directors of the Housing Partnership of Chester County, is a member of the Board of Directors of the West Chester Downtown Foundation and is also on the Comprehensive Plan Task Force Committee for the Borough of West Chester.

J.P. is an associate at Lamb McErlane in the municipal law practice group serving municipalities, municipal authorities, traditional public schools, and charter schools.  He also practices civil litigation with a concentration in civil rights and employment litigation. J.P. is a Board Member at the Brandywine Health Foundation and the Chester County Bar Association.
