Daniel (Dan) Bush presented to the Criminal Law section of the Bucks County Bar Association on March 19, 2015.

Dan is a partner at Lamb McErlane PC and heads the Criminal Law section of Lamb McErlane’s Litigation Department. In the criminal law arena, Dan has defended clients against allegations of all levels of felony and misdemeanor charges. His courtroom experience as a defense attorney includes defense of charges ranging from felonies including homicide, rape, burglary, robbery, white-collar crime and aggravated assault to misdemeanors of DUI, theft and drug-related offenses.
