Maureen M. McBride has been Reappointed to the PA Supreme Court Rules of Evidence Committee

West Chester, PA – Lamb McErlane PC is pleased to announce that Maureen M. McBride has been reappointed as a member of the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania’s Rules of Evidence Committee for another three-year term. Maureen is a partner at Lamb McErlane in the firm’s litigation and appellate practice groups.

The Supreme Court of Pennsylvania is the highest court in the Commonwealth and the oldest appellate court in the nation. The Rules Committees is comprised of judges and attorneys appointed by the Supreme Court.

McBride represents numerous national and multi-national Fortune 500 companies, regional and local corporations, municipalities and individual clients in all stages of litigation and appellate matters before both state and federal courts. She is a graduate of King’s College and Villanova University School of Law. Maureen is also a Hearing Committee Member serving the Disciplinary Board of the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania and Vice President of the Board of the Friends Association for the Care and Protection of Children.
