Lamb McErlane PC partner Jake D. Becker was a presenter at the Pennsylvania Bar Institute’s (PBI) seminar on Civil Practice Procedures in Chester County, PA. Jake joined seasoned practitioners who discussed preparing for litigating in the neighboring counties of Bucks, Chester, Delaware & Montgomery Counties and how to avoid being caught uniformed and unprepared in these courts. Civil practice procedures were communicated and practical ways to effectively move your case from filing through trial. Each presenter highlighted procedural and tactical methods for practicing within his or her county, while the other panelists offered comparisons to their counties. Lamb McErlane PC partner George C. Zumbano was a Course Planner for the seminar and has previously served as a presenter.
