Lamb McErlane PC Attorneys Volunteer to Establish Official Trust to Benefit 6 Year Old Ryan McMillan
West Chester, PA – Lamb McErlane PC announces that attorneys Lawrence ‘Skip’ Persick, Stacey Willits McConnell and Jim McErlane volunteered to establish the official trust to benefit 6-year-old Ryan McMillan, the brother of Scotty McMillan, the 3-year-old Chester County boy who police say was beaten to death by his mother and her boyfriend.
DNB First bank, also based in Chester County has volunteered to work with the Firm’s attorneys to handle the details of the trust account. DNB First and attorney Skip Persick will act as trustees of the fund making sure that all donations are used for the direct benefit of Ryan McMillan.
