Lamb McErlane Partner Maureen M. McBride Reappointed as a Hearing Committee Member for the Disciplinary Board of the Supreme Court of PA

West Chester, PA – Lamb McErlane PC is pleased to announce that partner Maureen M. McBride has been reappointed as a Hearing Committee Member for the Disciplinary Board of the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania for another three year term.

The Disciplinary Board’s goals are to protect the general public, maintain a high standard of integrity in the legal profession, and safeguard the reputation of the courts of Pennsylvania. The Disciplinary Board was created by the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania to review conduct and assure compliance by all attorneys to the Pennsylvania Rules of Professional Conduct.

Maureen is a partner at Lamb McErlane in the firm’s litigation and appellate practice groups and is a member of the Executive Committee. She concentrates her practice in complex commercial litigation, in both individual and class action cases for Fortune 500 companies, as well as on general litigation and appellate work for smaller companies and individuals. She is a graduate of King’s College and Villanova University School of Law. Maureen is Vice President of the Board of the Friends Association for the Care and Protection of Children and a Member of the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania’s Committee on Rules of Evidence.
