West Chester, PA – Lamb McErlane is pleased to announce that Helen Han Mountain has joined the firm as a senior associate. Helen will concentrate her practice on representing companies in corporate and business law counseling, as well as corporate and financing transactions. Helen, in her 12 years practicing law, has handled complex corporate transactions, including mergers, stock acquisitions, asset sales, recapitalizations and reorganizations.  She also has experience representing clients in areas such as corporate governance, private placements of securities, executive compensation, insider trading and ownership reporting, securities law reporting and public disclosures.

Prior to joining Lamb McErlane Helen worked for prominent, global law firms where she specialized in corporate and business law. She is admitted to the Pennsylvania and New Jersey Bars and is a member of Villanova Law Alumni Association Board of Advisors and Asian Pacific American Bar Association of Pennsylvania. Helen is a graduate of Villanova University School of Law and received her undergraduate degree from the University of Pennsylvania.
