Daniel L. Sulvetta Joins Lamb McErlane’s Litigation Practice

Lamb McErlane PC welcomes Daniel L. ‘Dan’ Sulvetta to its litigation group. Dan concentrates his practice in commercial litigation, primarily in state and federal courts, on cases involving property damage, business and contract disputes, asset & expenditure recovery, and subrogation.

Dan received his Bachelor’s Degree from Pennsylvania State University, Schreyer Honors College with a Political Science major with minors in Chinese Language, History & Asian Studies. He obtained his JD from Villanova University Charles Widger School of Law. At Villanova he served as vice-president of the Moot Court Board where he refined his litigation and advocacy skills in Moot Court competitions across the country. He was also a summer law clerk for the Honorable R. Barclay Surrick in the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania.
Dan is admitted to practice in Pennsylvania and New Jersey. He will be seated in the firm’s West Chester and Philadelphia locations.
