Daniel “Dan” is an associate in the Litigation practice at Lamb McErlane PC.

Dan concentrates his practice in commercial litigation, working a variety of matters in state and federal courts involving property damage, business and contract disputes, asset & expenditure recovery, and subrogation. Prior to joining Lamb McErlane, Dan primarily assisted clients in the transportation sector, including freight railroads and trucking companies. Dan is dedicated to assisting clients in solving issues that arise during every phase of litigation.

Dan graduated from Villanova University Charles Widger School of Law in 2019. At Villanova he served as vice-president of the Moot Court Board where he refined his litigation and advocacy skills in Moot Court competitions across the country.  He also served as a summer law clerk for the Honorable R. Barclay Surrick in the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania.

Dan received his Bachelor’s Degree from Pennsylvania State University, Schreyer Honors College as a Political Science major with minors in Chinese Language, History & Asian Studies.

Prior to law school, Dan taught United States History at his alma mater Saint Joseph’s Preparatory School in Philadelphia as a member of the Alumni Service Corps.

Dan is admitted to practice in Pennsylvania and New Jersey.

He will practice in the firm’s West Chester, Pa and Philadelphia locations.
