West Chester, PA -Lamb McErlane PC is pleased to announce that Andrew Stein has joined the firm as an associate. He concentrates his practice in the areas of health law and business law, with a primary focus on licensed medical and dental professionals, medical and dental practices, and other health care entities. He has extensive experience handling complex business transactions, including mergers, acquisitions, and asset purchases.

Prior to joining Lamb McErlane, Andrew worked for a New Jersey based firm where he prepared and negotiated commercial agreements for corporate clients. In addition, he litigated high-value commercial disputes between business entities and resolved contentious matters utilizing various forms of alternative dispute resolution.

Andrew earned his BS from Boston University, his JD from Villanova University, and his MBA from the University of Oxford.
