Chesco Boy Scouts to Honor Lamb McErlane PC Chairman Joel L. Frank with 2018 Distinguished Citizen Award

Lamb McErlane PC is pleased to announce that Chairman and Managing Partner Joel L. Frank has been named the 2018 Distinguished Citizen by the Chester County Council, Boy Scouts of America.

The Distinguished Citizen Award Dinner is an annual event that honors an individual who has provided significant and enduring contributions to society, and who embodies the principles and values of the Scouting Program, and thereby serves as exemplary role model for young people.

The dinner will recognize Frank among his peers, constituents, and the community at large. This event brings together many of the area’s corporate, professional, and political leaders to honor the recipient for his outstanding achievements; while also recognizing the Scouting program for its success as the largest and most successful youth development program in the world.

Frank is deeply embedded in the community. He serves as Chair of the National Board of Directors for Alex’s Lemonade Stand Foundation and is on the Board of Directors of the Zoological Society of Philadelphia (Philadelphia Zoo). He’s a Commissioner on the Pennsylvania State Athletic Commission and is the longtime Solicitor for the Republican Committee of Chester County and the Chester County Police Chiefs Association.

Most recently, Frank was named General Counsel for the Republican Party of Pennsylvania and as a Board Director of First Priority Bank.

At Lamb McErlane Joel serves as Chairman, Managing Partner and Executive Committee Chairman. He concentrates his practice in commercial and civil litigation in state and federal courts, election law as well as attorney discipline, judicial discipline and ethical matters.
