Lauren is a Senior Associate at Lamb McErlane. She focuses her practice on complex civil and business litigation, labor and employment law, and personal injury.

Lauren is a dedicated trial attorney with over ten years of experience in civil litigation. She exhibits proficiency across employment counseling, including policy development, conducting internal investigations for workplace discrimination, harassment, wrongful termination, retaliation, wage and hour disputes, whistleblower claims, as well as the negotiation of employment contracts, non-compete agreements, and severance packages.

She is an assertive advocate who is always striving to achieve the best results for her clients. Lauren takes lead roles in deposing corporate and individual witnesses, preparing experts and handling depositions, and conducting trials. She is respected for her ability to successfully resolve disputes with sensitivity, patience, and persistence.

Lauren is a member of the Chester County Bar Association, Philadelphia Bar Association, and Pennsylvania Bar Association. She is also a Board Member of the Rutgers University School of Law–Camden Alumni Association. Lauren often speaks at continuing legal education seminars, teaching other lawyers how to practice employment and business law.

She is admitted to practice law in both New Jersey and Pennsylvania, and practices before the U.S. District Court for the District of New Jersey, the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania, and the U.S. District Court of the Middle District of Pennsylvania.

Prior to joining Lamb McErlane, Lauren was with a law firm in Southern New Jersey for over a decade. During law school, she served as a judicial intern for the Honorable Karen M. Williams, U.S.D.J., and as a law clerk in a corporate defense firm’s professional liability group.

Lauren received her Juris Doctor from Rutgers Law School. While in law school, Lauren was the Senior Editor of the Rutgers Journal of Law and Public Policy, a member of the Women’s Law Caucus, a Dean’s List recipient, and graduated with honors. She graduated cum laude from Stockton University with a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science.

Lauren is recognized as a Super Lawyer’s Rising Star, an annual recognition obtained by only 2.5 percent of attorneys.

  • Trash hauler threatens lawsuit against Ridley Park over contract termination. The former trash hauler in Ridley Park has threatened a lawsuit after the borough ended its contract one year early. Borough Manager Trish Hollabaugh received a letter from lawyers representing Raymond T. Opdenaker and Sons Inc. claiming the borough is in breach of a 2023 agreement to haul waste and bulk collections in the community. Lauren Law of Lamb McErlane PC claims in a letter dated Jan. 12 that the borough’s agreement with Ridley Township was carried out without complying with a state intergovernmental cooperation law and cannot displace the existing contract with Opdenaker.
