Andrew P. Stafford concentrates his practice on litigation with an emphasis on complex commercial litigation, mass torts, higher education law, and employment discrimination. Andrew also assists clients in a wide range of regulatory matters.
While in law school, Andrew served as Editor-in-Chief of the Widener Law Review and was a member of the Moot Court Honor Society, where he was a finalist in the Distinguished Jurist Moot Court Competition and the winner of multiple best brief awards.
Andrew won a Pennsylvania Supreme Court reversal of a Superior Court decision, resulting in the striking of a six-figure mechanics’ lien claim in an issue of first impression.
