At Lamb McErlane Carla concentrates her practice in Family Law focusing on pre/post nuptial planning and agreements, divorce, equitable distribution of the marital estate, custody, support for a spouse and children, global resolutions, and the financial and tax aspects related to domestic issues.

Carla also provides attorney services for the Access to Justice Program in Chester County, is a member of the Collaborative Law Professionals of Southeastern Pennsylvania, and of the Pennsylvania, Chester County and Montgomery County Bar Associations. She received her J.D. from Thomas M. Cooley Law School and her LL.M in Taxation from Georgetown University Law Center.

Prior to joining Lamb McErlane in 2009 Ms. Marino worked at a Big Five accounting firm in the State and Local Tax Group advising clients on tax planning issues related to company reorganizations and restructurings. This was followed by her work at a Philadelphia law firm where she further refined her skills in the Tax Group.
