Lamb McErlane Attorney Skip Persick Speaks on the Changes to the PA Child Protective Services Law and the Impact on Attorneys

Lamb McErlane PC attorney Lawrence “Skip” Persick presented to the Chester County Bar Association’s Sole Practitioner/Small Firm Section on Monday, April 21, 2015 on “Are Lawyers Mandatory Reporters of Child Abuse Under the Child Protective Services Law?”  He spoke in detail about the new changes to the Child Protective Services law in Pennsylvania and the impact on attorneys.
