Lamb McErlane PC Chairman the Honorable William H. Lamb Recognized at the 40th Anniversary of the PA Appellate Court Procedural Rules Committee

The Pennsylvania Appellate Court Procedural Rules Committee marked their 40th anniversary in October, 2015. Lamb McErlane PC Chairman, the Honorable William H. Lamb was recognized as one of the original members of the Rules Committee.  The Rules Committee is responsible for making formal recommendations to the PA court for refining and updating the rules of appellate procedure. This two day event included a number of PA Justices, Appellate Judges and attorneys with a dinner and special CLE at the Duquesne University School of Law.

Honorable William H. Lamb is a former Justice of the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania. He serves as Chairman of Lamb McErlane PC and oversees the firm’s Post-Trial and Appellate Advocacy Group. He annually has been recognized as a top 100 Pennsylvania Super Lawyer for appellate law and a Pennsylvania Super Lawyer since 2005. He was also a recipient of The Legal Intelligencer’s 2014 Lifetime Achievement Award.

Lamb is an active member of the community and has served on the President’s Advisory Committee on the Arts, the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania’s Court of Judicial Discipline as President Judge, the Pennsylvania Elections Reform Task Force, the Greater Philadelphia Chamber of Commerce and as a Senior Trustee for the Episcopal Academy in Newtown Square, PA.
