West Chester, PA – Lamb McErlane PC is pleased to announce Wayne C. Buckwalter has joined the Firm in its Estate Planning and Trusts Department. He is the latest addition to the Firm, which has added five attorneys in the last six months.  Wayne brings extensive experience assisting individuals and business owners with innovative estate and business succession planning, including revocable living trusts, life insurance trusts, wills, charitable trusts and gifts, private annuity plans and family limited partnerships.

Wayne is an active community member, serving as the Solicitor for Good Works, Inc., a non-profit, dedicated to repairing homes for low-income homeowners in Chester County, PA. He was the former Solicitor for Habitat for Humanity of Chester County (HFHCC) and Pennsylvania Home of the Sparrow. Wayne received his JD from Villanova University School of Law and his BA from Villanova University.
