Congratulations to Lamb McErlane PC partners Maureen M. McBride and Kathleen O’Connell Bell who have been named Philadelphia Business Journal’s ‘Best of the Bar’ 2020.

McBride & O’Connell-Bell are recognized among 40 other local lawyers based on the significance of their achievements, the scale of their legal results, and their work in the business community.

A panel of outside judges selected the group of 40 local lawyers who within the last 12 months have distinguished themselves in their practice specialties. The honorees were selected from around 100 nominations.

Maureen is recognized for her work in Business Litigation. She concentrates her practice on appellate law and commercial litigation in state and federal courts. Maureen is co-chair of the firm’s Appellate Department and member of the Firm’s Litigation Department and Executive Committee.

Kathleen was chosen for her work in Employment Litigation. She is in Lamb McErlane’s Newtown Square, PA location and concentrates her practice in commercial civil litigation in state and federal court systems. Her primary areas of practice are commercial civil litigation, general premises liability defense, employment discrimination defense law, higher education law, and real estate law.

This year’s awardees will be highlighted in a special publication on Oct. 30 and will honor the group at a virtual event on Oct. 29.
