Lamb McErlane PC Partner Steve E. Jarmon Joins Panel to Discuss Institutionalized Disadvantage: Justice Reform

Lamb McErlane PC partner Steve E. Jarmon joined an esteemed panel to discuss “Institutionalized Disadvantage: Justice Reform”. The virtual discussion was hosted by State Rep. Christina Sappey and also included, Deb Ryan, District Attorney, Chester County, Dr. Taylor Jones, Director of Research and Principal Consultant, CulturePoint LLC and Dr. Jessie Kalbfeld, Director of Research, Public Wise and Principal Consultant, CulturePoint LLC.

Steve discussed the need for diversity in the criminal justice decision making process and the need for change in the way drug crimes are prosecuted.

At Lamb McErlane PC Steve is a partner with a focus on criminal and civil matters. He began his career as a prosecutor for the Chester County District Attorney’s Office as an Assistant District Attorney before transitioning to criminal defense trial practice.

Steve was recently appointed to serve on the Merit Selection Panel for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania. He is the Solicitor to the Chester County Prothonotary and is on the Board of the Phoenixville Area Economic Development Corporation (PAEDCO). He is also a Committee Person for the Phoenixville Democratic Committee and serves on the Phoenixville Human Relations Commission. In addition, Steve is active in the community serving on the Board of the Friends Association and on Girls First, formerly, St. Augustine Academy.
