Lamb McErlane PC Partner Steve E. Jarmon Elected Chairman of the Phoenixville Democratic Committee

Lamb McErlane PC partner Steve E. Jarmon was elected chairman of the Phoenixville Democratic Committee. Steve has served as a committee person in Phoenixville for over four years.

The Phoenixville Democratic Committee’s actions advance informed, progressive values in the community. The committee represents the Zone 19 chapter of the Chester County Democratic Party.

“I am honored and humbled to be elected by my fellow committee members to serve as Chair of the Phoenixville Democratic Committee”, says Jarmon. “My predecessors have worked hard and achieved a great amount during their tenures. I will strive to live up to the standard that they have set.”

At Lamb McErlane PC Steve focuses on criminal and civil matters. He began his career as a prosecutor for the Chester County District Attorney’s Office as an Assistant District Attorney before transitioning to a criminal defense trial practice.

Steve was recently appointed to serve on the Magistrate Judge Merit Selection Panel for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania. He is the Solicitor to the Chester County Prothonotary, on the Board of the Phoenixville Area Economic Development Corporation (PAEDCO) and serves on the Phoenixville Human Relations Commission. Steve is active in the community serving on the Board of the Friends Association and on Girls First, formerly, St. Augustine Academy. He also served as campaign manager for current Chester County District Attorney Deb Ryan, the first woman to lead the Chester County District Attorney’s Office.

He has been designated a Pennsylvania Super Lawyer and has a “Superb 10” rating from Avvo. Steve has also been named a Top 100 Trial Lawyer, a Main Line Today Top Lawyer and a Suburban Life Five-Star / Top Attorney.
