Lamb McErlane PC Partner Maureen M. McBride Provides Commentary on the PA Supreme Court’s December Oral Arguments on PCN

Lamb McErlane PC partner Maureen M. McBride provided commentary on the Pennsylvania Supreme Court’s December oral arguments on the Pennsylvania Cable Network (PCN).

Maureen joined Chip Becker of Kline & Specter to give the public a preview of the arguments the PA Supreme Court would hear. It will air at various times over the next few months on PCN.

PCN is a nonpartisan television network that provides unedited coverage of politics and policy including live feeds from the PA House and Senate, legislative hearings, PA Court proceedings, press conferences, interviews, and various programs with politicians, political experts, and journalists from across the state of PA.

At Lamb McErlane, Maureen is co-chair of the firm’s Appellate Department and member of Lamb McErlane’s Litigation Department and the Firm’s Executive Committee. She concentrates her practice on appellate law and commercial litigation in state and federal courts.

Maureen was appointed Co-Chair for the Pennsylvania Bar Association’s (PBA) Appellate Advocacy Committee and is also a member of the Civil Procedural Rules Committee. Maureen has served on the Pennsylvania Supreme Court’s Rules of Evidence Committee where she served as Chair from 2016-2018 and on the Board of the Lawyers’ Fund for Client Security from 2005-2009. Maureen also completed a six-year term as a Hearing Committee member serving the Disciplinary Board of the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania.

In addition, Maureen served as a moderator for the Pennsylvania Appellate Courts Candidates’ Forum and was a presenter at the Pennsylvania Bar Institute’s (PBI) seminar ‘Now What? PA Appellate Courts in the New Normal’.
