Lamb McErlane PC Partner Maureen M. McBride Appointed by the PA Supreme Court to Serve on the Civil Procedural Rules Committee

West Chester, PA – Maureen M. McBride, Partner and Executive Committee member at Lamb McErlane PC has been appointed as a member of the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania Civil Procedural Rules Committee.  The five year term commences July 1, 2019.

The Civil Procedural Rules Committee was established by the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania in 1937. It is the oldest of the Supreme Court’s rules committees. The committee assists the Supreme Court in the preparation, revision, publication and administration of the rules of civil procedure.

At Lamb McErlane Maureen is co-chair of the Appellate Department, a member of the Litigation Department and the Firm’s Executive Committee. She concentrates her practice on appellate law and commercial litigation in state and federal courts and provides counseling and advice to a wide array of corporate clients and individuals. Maureen also serves as a Board Member of the Friends Association for the Care and Protection of Children, a non-profit organization dedicated to helping homeless or near homeless families in Chester County, PA. McBride is admitted in Pennsylvania, the United States Supreme Court, the Third, Fourth and Fifth Circuits, and the United States District Court of the Eastern & Middle District of Pennsylvania. She is a graduate of King’s College and Villanova University School of Law.
