Lamb McErlane PC partner Helen H. Mountain participated in a panel discussion on
September 27, 2017 to discuss corporate law careers at Villanova University Charles Widger School of Law.
Each year Villanova Law School sets up panel discussions for first-year law students about various areas of law. The goal is to assist students in understanding what each position involves, so students may start to evaluate what practice of law would be a good fit for them.
At Lamb McErlane Helen concentrates her practice representing companies in corporate and business law counseling, as well as corporate and financing transactions. She also has extensive skills and experience in real estate and development matters and serves clients in a range of municipal finance projects including serving as bond counsel.
Helen is the President of the Villanova Law Alumni Association Board of Advisors, an Assistant Treasurer for the Asian Pacific American Bar Association of Pennsylvania (APABA-PA), and a Committee Member for the March of Dimes Chester County Salute to Women of Achievement. She also serves as co-chair of the Chester County Bar Association’s Diversity Committee, a member of the Radnor Township Citizens Audit Review and Financial Advisory Committee and is a Committee Member for the Home of the Sparrow Fashion Show.
