West Chester, PA – Lamb McErlane PC partner Helen H. Mountain has been elected to the Board of the Chester County Bar Association (CCBA) and named Co-Chair of the March of Dimes (MoD) Chester County Salute to Women of Achievement.

Helen has been an active member of the CCBA and was most recently on the Judicial Evaluation Committee and also served as Co-Chair of the Diversity Committee.

Helen has been involved in the MoD Chester County Salute to Women of Achievement for over 8 years. This annual event honors outstanding women who live and/or work in Chester County. The female honorees exemplify a true commitment to the community through volunteer service and excellence in the fields of health, business, or public service.

Helen also serves as a member of the Villanova Law Alumni Association Board of Advisors, is Assistant Treasurer of the Asian Pacific American Bar Association of Pennsylvania, and is a Board Member for Uptown! Entertainment Alliance.

At Lamb McErlane Helen concentrates her practice on representing companies in corporate and business law counseling, as well as corporate and financing transactions. She handles complex corporate transactions, including mergers, stock acquisitions, asset sales, recapitalizations and reorganizations.  Helen also has extensive experience in real estate and development matters.
