West Chester, PA – Lamb McErlane PC is pleased to announce that partner Helen H. Mountain has been elected to the Board of Directors of  UPTOWN! Entertainment Alliance.  UPTOWN! Entertainment Alliance operates the Uptown! Knauer Performing Arts Center as a home for live performance, film, education and other events. The theater strives to serve as the civic and cultural hub for the region by attracting the highest quality artists and scope of offerings ensuring artistic excellence, diverse programming and sustainability.

At Lamb McErlane Helen is a Real Estate / Business Attorney. She concentrates her practice on representing companies in corporate and business law counseling, as well as corporate and financing transactions. She handles complex corporate transactions, including mergers, stock acquisitions, asset sales, recapitalizations and reorganizations.  Helen also has extensive experience in real estate and development matters.

Helen is very active in various business, civic and charitable organizations. She is the immediate-past President of Villanova Law Alumni Association Board of Advisors, is Assistant Treasurer of the Asian Pacific American Bar Association of Pennsylvania, a Committee Member for the March of Dimes Chester County Salute to Women of Achievement and is co-chair of the Chester County Bar Association’s Diversity Committee.
