Lamb McErlane PC Partner Guy Donatelli Reappointed as Hearing Committee Member for the Disciplinary Board of the Supreme Court of PA

Lamb McErlane announces that partner Guy Donatelli was reappointed as a Hearing Committee Member for the Disciplinary Board of the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania for another three year term.
The Disciplinary Board’s goals are to protect the general public, maintain a high standard of integrity in the legal profession, and safeguard the reputation of the courts of Pennsylvania. The Disciplinary Board was created by the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania to review conduct and assure compliance by all attorneys to the Pennsylvania Rules of Professional Conduct.
As partner in the Litigation department at Lamb McErlane Guy concentrates his practice on commercial litigation, representing individuals, businesses and municipalities in employment, business and land use disputes. In addition, Guy also serves as solicitor to a number of Pennsylvania municipalities, including two townships and two school districts, providing counsel on varied issues of local and regional public importance. Guy currently serves as the Lionville Community YMCA’s Branch Board President.
