Lamb McErlane PC partner George C. Zumbano presented on a panel regarding Civil Practice Procedures in Chester County for the Pennsylvania Bar Institute.

The seminar discussed preparing for litigating in the neighboring counties of Bucks, Chester, Delaware & Montgomery Counties and how to avoid being caught uniformed & unprepared in these courts. It communicated civil practice procedures and practical ways to effectively move your case from filing through trial. Each presenter highlighted procedural and tactical methods for practicing within his or her county, while the other panelists offered comparisons to their counties.
