Lamb McErlane partner Chad T. Williams and associate Jeong H. Park represented DealerMax in connection with its sale to Brown & Brown Dealer Services on March 12, 2024. Chad has represented the Maxim family in connection with their business holdings for nearly a decade.

The DealerMax team will join Brown & Brown Dealer Services (NYSE:BRO), and continue to operate from their offices in Berwyn, Pennsylvania. At Lamb McErlane, Chad has extensive experience in mergers and acquisitions including both buy-side and sell-side representation, private equity and strategic transactions. He brings experience as an investment banker, in-house corporate counsel and corporate private practice attorney to his work advising clients on corporate, commercial and transactional matters. He serves as outside general counsel to many companies, providing advice and support throughout their growth, from formation and operational matters to merger and acquisition transactions.
