Lamb McErlane PC Managing Partner Joel L. Frank Joins the Board of the Philadelphia Zoo

West Chester, PA – Joel L. Frank, Managing Partner and Executive Committee Chairman of Lamb McErlane PC, has been elected to the Board of Directors of the Zoological Society of Philadelphia, commonly referred to as the Philadelphia Zoo. The Philadelphia Zoo is one of the area’s foremost conservation organizations, is home to nearly 1,300 animals and has more than 1.2 million annual visitors.

At Lamb McErlane Joel concentrates his practice in commercial and civil litigation in state and federal courts, election law, as well as attorney and judicial discipline and ethical matters. He provides counseling to corporate clients and often serves as an arbitrator and mediator. Joel was recently named General Counsel for the Republican Party of Pennsylvania, is Chair of the Board of Directors for Alex’s Lemonade Stand Foundation, a national charitable non-profit organization dedicated to fighting and finding a cure for pediatric cancer and serves as a Commissioner on the Pennsylvania State Athletic Commission which regulates boxing, mixed martial arts, kickboxing and professional wrestling in the Commonwealth of PA. He is also the long-time Solicitor for the Republican Committee of Chester County and the Chester County Police Chiefs Association.

Joel is rated “AV Preeminent” by Martindale-Hubbell and annually has been named a Pennsylvania Super Lawyer for general litigation since 2005, an annual recognition obtained by only 5% of Pennsylvania’s attorneys.
