Lamb McErlane Partner James C. Sargent Named Chairman of the Board of Trustees for the Chester County Historical Society

West Chester, PA – Lamb McErlane PC announces that James (Jim) Sargent, Partner and Co-Chair of Lamb McErlane’s Appellate Advocacy Group and Litigation Department, has been named Chairman of the Board of Trustees for the Chester County Historical Society. (CCHS)
Founded in 1893, the CCHS is the official county history museum, history education center, and historical repository of Chester County, Pennsylvania.
Jim has served on the Board of Trustees for CCHS for the past 3 years. At Lamb McErlane Jim represents major national and multinational manufacturers in litigation and appeals involving class action, product liability, taxation, warranty, fraud, employment and consumer protection law claims. He frequently consults for other law firms, speaks at Bar Association seminars on preparing briefs and arguments for appeal and was an Adjunct Professor at Villanova Law School for ten years. Jim is also chairman of the Pennsylvania Bar Association’s (PBA) Amicus Curiae Brief Committee.
