Lamb McErlane PC and Partners Mark P. Thompson & Vincent M. Pompo Commended for their Efforts in the Preservation of Crebilly Farm

After a five-year battle and multiple applications by Toll Brothers, the Westtown Township Board of Supervisors voted unanimously, at a special meeting, to deny Toll Brothers conditional use application to build 319 homes at Crebilly Farm due to a lack of standing.

Crebilly Farm, in Westtown Township is one of the last large expanses of unspoiled, unprotected open space in eastern Chester County, Pennsylvania. It’s also land on which part of the Battle of the Brandywine was fought on September 11, 1777.

Mark P. Thompson is a partner at Lamb McErlane, he concentrates his practice on municipal, land use, environmental law and property tax assessment matters.
