Lamb McErlane Partners Dan Bush and Mary-Ellen Allen Present at the CCBA Spring Bench Bar Conference
Lamb McErlane partners Dan Bush and Mary-Ellen Allen were presenters at the Chester County Bar Association (CCBA) Spring Bench Bar Conference.
Dan presented the Criminal Law Update at the Conference, co-presenting was the Honorable Allison Bell Royer and Chester County District Attorney Chief of Staff Andrea Cardamone. Dan moderated a panel discussion between the Honorable Allison Bell Royer and Chief of Staff Andrea Cardamone that included various current topics and developments facing the Chester County Criminal Justice community.
At Lamb McErlane, Dan chairs the criminal litigation department and is a partner in the firm. He is a former prosecutor in the Chester County District Attorney’s office and has over twenty years of experience prosecuting and defending individuals charged with a crime.
Mary-Ellen’s presentation included recent employment law updates including the Federal Trade Commission’s proposed rule regarding non-compete agreements, the National Labor Relations Board’s recent decision regarding confidentiality and non-disparagement provisions in severance agreements, as well as updates regarding discrimination and overtime laws.
At Lamb McErlane, Mary-Ellen is co-chair of the Employment Law Department and a member of the litigation department. She concentrates her practice in employment law and commercial litigation.
The CCBA event was well attended by numerous Chester County practitioners.
