Lamb McErlane Partner Rocco P. Imperatrice, III Serves as a Panelist at the DCCC 2026 Law Day

Lamb McErlane partner Rocco P. Imperatrice, III, will be a panelist at the 2026 Law Day hosted by the Delaware County Community College (DCCC) Legal Studies and Paralegal Programs. The program, Celebration Rule of Law and the American Dream, will be held on April 15th, 2026.

The Family Advocacy Center (FAC) department annually sponsors a Law Day Program open to students, faculty, staff, and the general community. The program offers several speakers and panels on selected legal topics.

Rocco will join esteemed panelists, District Attorney Tanner Rouse and Professor Dr. Keeley Mitchell to present Innovation Within the Bounds of Law. Rocco will present the civil/business interests of this topic.

The discussion will examine the mechanisms that maintain a fair marketplace and the responsibilities of businesses and entrepreneurs to operate within the confines of the law. In addition, the discussion will shed light on how the justice system curbs overreach to ensure that the pursuit of the “American Dream” does not come at the expense of public safety, privacy, or legal integrity. “The idea that no person is above the law—is what ensures the rights of the people to live their lives as freely as possible and to pursue their dreams”.
