Lamb McErlane PC partner Max O’Keefe has been appointed to the Board of the Philadelphia Film Society (PFS). PFS is a member-supported nonprofit arts organization that creates opportunities for diverse communities to experience film through initiatives that inspire, educate, challenge, and entertain.

At Lamb McErlane, Max is an attorney and partner in the litigation and municipal practice groups. Max handles a wide variety of municipal, land use, property tax, administrative and environmental law matters, and advises townships, boroughs, school districts and municipal authorities, as well as corporations and individuals. He presently serves as the solicitor for the Borough of Downingtown, the Township of Sadsbury and the Southern Chester County Regional Police Department. Max was recently appointed Chair of the Board of the Chester County Opportunities Industrialization Center (CCOIC), where he has been actively involved since 2016.
